Welcome to Splendour XR, the global premiere of the digital, interactive world of Australia’s favourite music and arts festival Splendour in the Grass.

Splendour XR is an innovative, virtual recreation of Splendour in the Grass – from the rolling hills of its iconic Byron Bay venue to the main stage Amphitheatre – that will unite music fans from around the world. No passports. No borders.

Just like Splendour in the Grass IRL, across the 2-day event, you can stroll through the festival site and explore the XR world along the way. Or you can teleport your way from stage to stage to watch your favourite artists as they’re beamed into virtual space. Head to the lovingly recreated Amphitheatre, Mix Up and GW McLennan music stages and watch live performances from an array of multiple camera angles to select from.

Visit the Splendour Forum for live discussions, panels and interviews on the hot topics of the day. Pop into the Comedy Tent where funny people will be dishing up the LOL’s left, right and centre.

For some off-piste frolics head to the Global Village, or dance like everyone’s watching at the legendary Tipi Forest. We’ve got your young ones covered too. Click through to Little Splendour, a dedicated digital space chock full of kid friendly, interactive activities.

Do all of this while living your best virtual life thanks to the inclusion of fully customisable avatars, and a carousel of exclusive Splendour avatars created especially for XR.

The Splendour XR experience will be available on gaming PC, VR, web or mobile. Choose your digital experience based on your preferred device.
